Library Director Travels to Boston
I had the opportunity last week to attend a national library conference just for public librarians in Boston. It was a wonderful experience to meet with, talk and listen to other librarians, see new library products and be exposed to some new ideas. I am back today with a desk piled high with things to do and a head full of new ideas. Getting out of my day to day routine was just what I needed and I am now looking forward to working on several big projects. Thanks to the Parsons Public Library Board and the library staff for making it possible for me to attend this conference.
