Welcome to Parsons Jim!
Parsons is lucky to have two new Paynes. But they are Paynes we have loved putting up with. We hope wish you well and much happiness. It will give us someplace to visit.

Parson Library is indeed very lucky to have Jim Payne as its new director. I've known him for a number of years and he is a great friend of libraries and storytellers.
